“We are exploring different options for our property assets. This includes a possible sale of our headquarters. However, we have no plans to move our head office”. This is the quoted statement of Nokia’s financial director Timo Ihamuotila told the Finnish daily Helsingin Sanomat on Wednesday, Oct. 03, 2012. The said building is said to be worth between 200-300 million euros. The reason of possible selling of Nokia's headquarters is that the company needs to raise cash. Twitter is Over Capacity?

I was just trying to click a profile of someone I followed on twitter but is gave me a window that says Twitter is over capacity. And it ask me to wait for a moment and try it again later. But what does this mean? Does this mean that twitter can't handle tons of visitors to their page? Does this wasn't foreseen by their engineers? I'm not an expert that's why I can't define this error.
